Welcome to CDL Truck Driving School of Baton Rouge ("CDL School," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or enrolling in our programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1.) Enrollment and Registration
Students must complete an application form and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
CDL School reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment application at its discretion.
A valid driver's license, Social Security Number, and medical clearance (DOT physical) must be provided prior to starting the training program.
2.) Fees and Payment
Tuition and applicable fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined at enrollment.
Late payments may result in additional charges and suspension from the course.
Refunds, if applicable, will adhere strictly to the refund policy provided at the time of enrollment.
3.) Cancellation and Refund Policy
Students who cancel their enrollment within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement will receive a full refund.
Requests for cancellation beyond this period will be processed according to the published refund schedule provided upon enrollment.
No refund will be issued after 50% completion of the course.
4.) Course Attendance and Completion
Students are required to attend all scheduled classes and training sessions.
CDL School reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates attendance policies, safety protocols, or demonstrates disruptive behavior.
Course completion requires satisfactory performance on written exams, practical skills assessments, and attendance compliance.
5.) Liability and Insurance
CDL School maintains necessary insurance coverage for training purposes. However, students agree to assume personal responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by negligence or violation of safety guidelines.
CDL School is not liable for any personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen on school property or training sites.
6.) Conduct and Discipline
Students must adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines provided by instructors.
Any form of misconduct, harassment, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
7.) Privacy Policy
CDL School respects the privacy of its students. Personal information collected during registration will be securely stored and used solely for school administrative purposes.
CDL School will not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
8.) Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the course, including manuals, handbooks, videos, and online content, remain the intellectual property of CDL School.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written consent from CDL School.
9.) Changes to Terms
CDL School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the enrollment or training at CDL School will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
